Cleveland, Ohio, June 18, 2019 -- Capital Equity Group, Inc., a privately-owned firm involved in real estate investment banking, acquisition, and asset management announced the purchase of Shenandoah Village Apartments located at 17 Wagley Dr, Martinsburg, West Virginia 25404. The property was built in 1973 and is located on 10.05 acres. The property was purchased on June 19, 2019 for $9,760,000.
