Eos Real Estate Management Group
Was formed by Titan Real Estate Investment Group, LLC as a separate entity to self manage those properties to which Titan retains an ownership interest. Eos is headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina and currently manages over 2,700 units at properties that have been acquired over the last five years.
River Asset Management Company, Inc.
River Asset Management Company is a real estate investment and management company founded in 1988 that focuses on its principals’ involvement in the acquisition and management process. Utilizing this organizational philosophy, River Asset has acquired and managed over 3,500 apartment units from Texas to Maryland.
